A message from our founder

“When I founded Pro Benefits Plus, my mission was simple: to make benefits better.

Not just for organizations and their employees, but also for advisors like me. I was tired of the industry status quo: success being synonymous with stress.

Instead, I wanted to create a work environment where people had the independence to drive their own unique career trajectory, the support to capitalize on exciting opportunities, and the freedom to achieve a real work-life balance.

If that sounds like a team you’d like to be a part of, we’d love to hear from you.”
